    Hrithik Roshan has worked very very hard to get in shape for his forthcoming flick Krrish 2, where he is a superhero. In a very short span of time, around 10 weeks, the actor reduced from 36Kgs to 28 Kgs. During the workout sessions, Hrithik suffered a slip-disc and was advised complete bed rest.
